Booking terms and conditions

(the fine print....)

By booking to stay at Karri Valley Chalets, you agree with the following terms and conditions:

Rates and provisions:

Rates are quoted in Australian dollars (A$) and are inclusive of GST (goods and services tax). All linen needs are provided, along with a complimentary amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt & pepper.


A complimentary amount of firewood is supplied free of charge. Additional firewood can be purchased if required. Wood fires can only to be used during winter months, due to fire restrictions.


Please be aware that surveillance cameras are used within the property.

Minimum booking periods may apply:

We request a 2 nights minimum stay.

Long weekends/school holidays - 3 nights. Easter - 4 nights. Christmas / New Year (Dec 23 - Jan 3) 4 nights.

A deposit is required to secure your booking:

A deposit equivalent to one night's fee is required to confirm your booking. We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners, electronic funds transfers (EFT) and have EFTPOS facilities. Cards other than Visa and MasterCard attract a surcharge of 2%
Valid guests' credit-card details are required at time of check-in for security purposes.

Parking, visitors and maximum number of guests per chalet:

Licensing & insurance regulations limit us to a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom and a maximum of 6 guests in each chalet at any given time. One infant/baby (18 months or younger) sleeping in a cot in the parents' bedroom is the only exception. Groups arriving with additional guests will not be hosted and any monies paid will be forfeited as a breach of these terms & conditions. Two cars are permitted per chalet. Should additional parking be required, please notify us prior to your arrival.


Please be aware that this is a PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any visitor/s invited to the property are the responsibility of the guest, including any damages they may cause. Visitors must park their car/s at reception and must be off-site by no later than 6pm. In the interests of providing a peaceful and relaxing venue for all our valued paying guests, parties and group gatherings are not permitted.


Children must be supervised at all times by a guardian or parent.

No pets permitted:


Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Our property adjoins Beedelup National Park and is registered as a "Land for Wildlife".



On the day of your departure, we ask that you check-out by no later than 10 am and leave your chalet in a neat & tidy condition (dishes, pots, pans etc. washed and put away). We allocate a certain amount of time for servicing. Should additional cleaning be required, this will attract a fee of $40/hour.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable unless the entire vacancy is filled. A credit for a future booking may be issued at management's discretion but only if the entire vacancy is re-booked.


Cancellations of bookings made through a third party agent, may forfeit any monies paid (please refer to their published cancellation policy).


An administration fee of $50.00 is applicable for booking changes. Discounted rates will revert to normal rates for amended bookings.

Guests are responsible for their entire reserved stay. No refund is given for reduced number of guests or period booked.

Check-in and check-out times:

We welcome you from 2:00pm - 6:00pm and must farewell you by no later than 10:00am. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for late arrivals. Guests departing late, may incur an additional fee per hour or part thereof.

Rates are valid to June 30th, 2025 but are subject to change without notice.
